Return Policy
Due to the personal nature of Skin care, Hair care and cosmetic care products, returns are accepted only in the following cases:

Damaged product

Missing product or empty box

Incorrect or wrong product delivered

Expired product delivered
Return requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery.
Unboxing Video (Mandatory)
An unboxing video clearly showing the sealed package is mandatory for all defective or incorrect delivery claims.
Products must be returned in original condition with original packaging, labels and barcodes intact.
Combo packs must be returned in full; individual items from a combo pack cannot be returned separately.
Refund Processing

Refunds are initiated only after returned products are received and pass verification.

Refund initiation occurs within 3 business days after verification.

Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5 working days, subject to banking timelines.
